OUTsurance have been amazing & have given me great service over the years. From the start, they gave me more cover than my previous insurer & charged less than my previous insurer. Plus, I've received a few no claim bonuses over the years, & it all adds up. And it's not only the reasonable charges Im happy with. A few weeks ago, my car broke down. It was late, & it was pitch dark, & not that many cars on the rd, & I was on my own. I felt vulnerable. After I called OUTsurance to tell them I'd broken down, they called me at least 3 times to check I was okay while I was waiting for the tow truck to arrive. OUT have always been efficient & pleasant to deal with. They are always friendly, helpful, 'on the ball', & I have great faith in them. That's why I've insured my new car with OUT.
