Outsurance has poor service

I would like to say that Outsurance is the worst insurance company in the country. They do not deal with matters accordingly, this is one of a few of my bad experiences with Outsurance, I was involved in a car accident in 2018 of which they still paid partially. This then puts me in a bad position whereby I was even served with court summons. I dont understand how I am now being served with summons when I was insured. They are very quick to take peoples monthly premiums but when it comes to paying its stories.
