Outsurance has lost it - never a name to trust
Unjustifiable and ********* increase in the month premium. To be loyal yet you have to pay more as the days go while the vehicle aging is completely circus. Not only that but Outsurance is becoming full of false claims from the dishonest best value to the ***** smart drive discount. Well, time to move OUT it appears. Just when I was about to add home and business products. I am glad this wake up call came earlier.
This Outsurance fame is no longer true and it won't pass beyond its cheap advertising claims.
Good luck.

01 Jun 2023, 08:57Good morning,
I must admit that the way the OUTsurance CC manager handled this case was another lens through which I had to [future] cancel my policy with OUTsurance.
As much as I admire and respect the staff of this company (who are in fact doing their job at 100% level), it was really frustrating to experience the true face of this business when it come to customer vs company challenges. Your CC manager did in fact call a few times but unfortunately, I was busy consulting, and I had to personally push the wheel of communication, which [sadly] ended with me requesting a cancellation, because (and let me be honest) I can't build any further trust with a system that adopts the practice of "let's punish the customer - how in earth he cancel us?". Having no access to my policy (online/App) while I am still under your cover wasn't a smart strategy to retain customers. While your 'policy' somehow does block the client from accessing relevant info/documents via web/App, I think this is unjustifiable since the customer is still paying for the service, so whether the policy is future-canceled or not, the customer should continue to have full experience with web/app till the last day of the cover.
Anyway, thanks to all staff who called back and reassured me that am still covered, and feeling sorry to observe OUT new attitude and harsh treatment when it comes to customers leaving them (which is waaaaaaay opposite to when you join them).
Every day is a school day, and today I've confirmed another concept: All that glitters (esp. on TV Ads) is not gold!
Best of luck to all.
