Outsurance has lived up to their commitment of exceptional service, everyone I have dealt with has maintained a high level of customer focused approach in resolving and addressing my issues. My initial encounter was with Bronwyn who was excellent. I then dealt with Charles van Royen who was awesome and understanding. He did his very best to address the problem. I'm happy with overall service from Outsurance.
