OUTSURANCE has been the best insurer I have ever dealt with. I have been associated with them for a long time and they have never dropped me, they have always been there for me and assisted me to their best of their ability, for which I am truly grateful, however I cannot say the same for some of your suppliers, especially here on the Garden Route where your supplier is also your assessor and he does pretty much what he wants, how he wants and when he wants. I live in Knysna and your Assessor/Supplier operates from George as there's nobody in Knysna. My last experience/claim I was told by the claim advisor that an assessor would contact me only to be called a few days later by the same advisor to tell me that the assessor/supplier is not going to come and assess the damage because it's a 200kms trip!!!! So I got my own quote, which in a way suited me better and Outsurance paid me out. My advice is that OUTSURANCE should re-look at their suppliers and their costing as I found their work shoddy and overpriced.
