Outsurance has been *******ly deducting R365 from my account for the few month despite the fact that I denied its policy from day one. Please this is ******* stop OUTSURANCE Policy Schedule - OT***2
Tired of making calls and explaining that they must stop. Please stop and pay my money back. I told you from the beginning that I was not interested, is it difficult to understand? I do not need it stop this nonsense of putting your hands into my pocket and pay all my money back? You can not do business like that, if a person not interested in your product please do not go ahead and take money without permission. Pay back all my R365 that you have been deducting.

Our client care manager, Tina provided you with detailed feedback on premiums we successfully collected and the reason why we cannot refund premiums we have not collected. She did however offer to compensate you for bank charges incurred should you send her a copy of your bank statement.
