From reporting the breakdown of our car and the damage caused by the airport boom to the collection of our repaired vehicle, we have received 5 star treatment. We were 150 Kilometres from home and Outsurance arranged family assist to transport us home safely. After submitting the correct documentation the friendly and highly competent staff took charge of the incident from start to finish, we were notified each step of the process, I highly recommend Outsurance.
