Outsurance harassment

Terrible experience with Outsurance, i was involved in an accident while insured with Outsurance and admitted to hospital , Outsurance sent an investigator to my place to investigate me before they can process the claim . The person sent by OUTsurance was extremely rude and treated me as though i was a ******** i had told him i was recently discharged from hospital with a concussion and memory loss but he continued to persist and badger me with repetitive questions this event leaded me to have a panic attack due to the excess stress caused by me by the Outsurance investor he then continued to park out side my premises which was even more of stress, when i call the call center they tell me thats his job so i would never recommend OUTsurance to anybody because of my experience as they say there job is to harass and investigate you
