Outsurance handles my claim very quickly
Outsurance handles my claim very quickly. I submitted the claim on Friday evening and I got a call back Saturday morning just after 8am. Monday morning they were here to collect the damaged items. By Wednesday afternoon the whole claims process was completed. My payout unfortunately wasn't as much as I expected however they explained that they have to abide by the quotations received. Rachel Twala was my claims agent. She was helpful and very efficient and kept me informed through the whole process.
