OUTSURANCE GUILTY OF FALSE ADVERTISING

I am extremely disappointed in Outsurance. I noticed a almost R300 increase in my premium. As I have been doing for many years, I then call them and ask them to review my premium based on the depreciated value of my vehicles.

Instead of a premium reduction, I am told that my premium will increase by almost R900. When I ask the guy about the "40 ways to save" as per the ad, he tells me all that has been considered. My question to him was then - when and how because you didn't ask me 40 questions in an attempt to save me money as per your advert. His response? We'll be debiting your account tomorrow so that you are fully covered. Next debit order will be R2700.

40 ways to save? Outsurance should be fined for false advertising.
