OUTsurance GREATNESS!!!

I would like to acknowledge the top tier assistance we received from OUTsurance. My mother is the policy holder but I am her proxy and handle everything regarding OUTsurance on her behalf. This process is super smooth with OUTsurance as I have had previous experiences with companies not being very 3rd Party friendly. We had a burst water supply pipe in our bathroom which went undetected for a long time until we noticed an extremely high water bill.

I immediately contacted OUTsurance and they assigned a leak detection specialist who arrived the following day (Saturday) found the leak and returned the following Tuesday to begin repairs. The leak location caused significant "damage" as half the wall at the shower and the whole bathroom floor had to be opened.

However, the plumbers did an excellent job in locating and repairing the burst pipe.

There were other 3rd party vendors involved, who I will review on their own pages, who assisted in the repairs, a glass specialist who replaced the entire shower enclosure and a building contractor who rebuilt the wall, floor and retiled everything.

All of these repairs were done in a timely and professional manner without an excess being payable to OUTsurance.

This is highly appreciated as my mother is a pensioner and extra money is a luxury not always available to us all.

I would like to thank Babalwa (OUTsurance) for her excellent handling of all my concerns and keeping me updated on all issues and questions I threw at her and also Bastian (OUTsurance) for handling the assessment and approval of the claim in a speedy manner.

10 out of 10 for OUTsurance. We really got something OUT from them. Great service and a beautiful "NEW" bathroom!!! Highly recommend them!!!
