Outsurance GREAT service provider BAD

Last night I had to call on Outsurance to assist with a tow truck. The call centres Thato Rasentsoere was great, world class. The tow company unfortunately I can't say the same for. The driver arrives, not very friendly, but hey not a problem. Then the drive was frightening. He could not find gears
