outsurance - great service

I wrote a review last night about a complaint on Outsurance that was totally misplaced due to miscommunication. let me try and explain and rectify my mistake. I visited the complainant's attorney today. I only then realized that the documentation was wrongly forwarded to me via e mail by the initiators of the complainant case instructing me to asap get to their attorneys office. this instruction was actually supposed to go to the complainant and not to me. they admitted the mistake made. My attorney phoned them as well and in his reply back to me also indicated that Outsurance is indeed pursuing the matter in court. my apologies for this blunder due to the complainants representatives miscommunication. Outsurance is a great company and I appreciate the support thus far as part of due process followed of which I was unawares.
