Outsurance goes the EXTRA MILE again...and again...and again ***

I had a claim more than a year ago whereby I was not the guilty party, however the company that the vehicle belonged to that drove into me was juts of no help and insisted that I was the negligent driver. I decided to hand the matter over to my Insurance company (Outsurance) as I have only had positive and successful experiences with them since I joined them 16 odd years ago. Outsurance repaired my vehicle and then proceeded with a counter claim against the other party's Insurer (this included my Excess that I had to pay). With the other party's Insurer (Santam) still insisting that their client was not negligent (he reversed into my vehicle), Outsurance started this fight for me. Long story short - even though Santam rejected the claim continuously, Reuben Bopape at Outsurance never stopped persisting and pushing forward. It turned into a legal battle and I definitely thought "oh well...that is it then...the excess is probably lost now". This morning Reuben called me and I expected to hear that the case was lost...but ALAS :-)...how do they say... "MY BAD"...because Reuben advised me that the claim was successful and my excess will be paid back within 48 hours!! I had already forgotten about this claim to be honest...it has been more than a year! Yet Outsurance persisted and Never Stopped until they got what I had expected of them - HOW AWESOME IS THAT! Thanks Reuben Bopape and thanks Outsurance for again Going the Extra Mile for me - you ROCK! :-)
