Outsurance goes the extra mile

I recently had unauthorised debit orders going off my bank account from Outsurance. I phoned the call centre and spoke to a lady by the name of Emelda Ramokgopa. She was very proffessional and efficient. She was extremely helpful and escalated my query to her manager, a Mr. Mohammed Hussain. Mr. Hussain phoned me and constantly kept me in the loop as to what had, and what was happening. Mr. Hussain then appointed a Mr Graham Gibbs as my new broker on all my policies. Graham Gibbs went the extra mile and consolidated my policies and also kept in contact as what was happening. This is the 5 star treatment I expect from Outsurance. I highly recommend them.
