Outsurance giving horrible service.

I have been frustrated by outsurance over the past month. One of their bad drivers collided with my car while making an ******* turn and since then outsurance have not bothered to assist me. I escalated to the manager nompucuko maqubela who was rude and sarcastic and had the attitude that she was not prepared to help me at all. I was prepared to join outsurance if they handled me with respect but even when you're calm on the phone their attitude there is highly unprofessional. I was transferred from line to line and highly disappointed. Whoever hired nompucuko as a MANAGER you should rethink your decision, her service is pathetic, I only came to hello Peter because of her specifically, she can't contain any complaints. I also want to take this to the media.
