Outsurance get your phone munners up to date and if people want to cancel don't force them to stay on.

We recently take out car and house hold insurance by outsurance and there service was good till we want to cancel our car insurance due we get a better quote and get more out on the plan. So I phone them and they don't take NO for an answer to cancel so they go and cancel not just one thing but all of our policy. Your service is sucks and I will not recomment anyone to you, you are realy rude people answering the phone calls?
