Outsurance - Get Out while you still can. Poor Customer Service

I have been a long standing customer with Outsurance. For more than 8 years. I am glad I cancelled this morning. @Outsurance, if you say you will call back and commit to a time to responding to a customer query. Then do so. Even if you don't have an answer. Just call back to say you are still working on the request and you will get back. I am glad I got OUT. Done with poor customer service and very poor delivery.
