OUTSURANCE FUNERAL IS RIDICULOUS
I am highly disappointed in Outsurance funeral. It is the worst to rely on. What is the point of having funeral cover and can't use the money for the actual funeral? How is it that other companies pay in time and yet they take forever to conclude their investigation? This to me doesn't seem like they care for their clients or maybe there are those who are prioritized more than the others. I have already laid my mom to rest and still waiting for the payout. They are simply absurd. So guys, for your own peace of mind, rather opt for the well known companies that pay out in time and are there for you when you need them most.
