Outsurance - frustrating to cancel insurance

<p>Frustrating to cancel insurance policies with Outsurance. Unable to send cancellation letter via e mail - e mail comes back stating that you need to call centre. 07/07 spoke to a consultant who promised that policies will be immedaitely cancelled on that date. no feedback . called again 12/7 spoke to a manager - policies only cancelled on 31/7 and he will listen to recording and sort out. nothing happened. Called again on 20/7 spoke to a senior manger who said that he will also listen to recordings and sort out by end of business yesterday. No e mails or calls - totally frustrating!!!!</p>
