Outsurance, from car to bicycle
I drive (Drove) a Hyundai Accent 1.3 XS (1997)

I app**** for insurance on my vehicle in early 2014.
My premium was calculated for a vehicle value of +- R30,000

Less than 10 months later, I was involved in an accident and the vehicle was s****ped (even though not major damage to the vehicle).
I was informed that my book value has dropped to R18,000 and all I will get out is R16,000 (My premiums per year is close to R5000)

Why do you need an insurance company that charges such high fees, you can BUY YOUR CAR BACK IN 2 YEARS....

All the dealers in my area are selling my vehicle over R30,000 regardless of the book value.

Outsurance has left me from driving a vehicle to consider driving a bicycle, as that is all they offer their customers..

I was impressed with their roadside assistance, too bad that is where it stopped.
Its true what they say, the best way to rate your insurance is to try and claim.
