Outsurance from best to worst!!!

Outsurance used to be the best Insurer out there not any more their service has gone from the best to worst. they cannot finalize a simple third party claim!!! after asking me for a witness letter they never contacted me or the witness and to my surprise only today they have decided to give an update saying the third party is not available really now? My question is do you think or care for your clients? must we engage with them directly or take them to court? Shaldon Patrick really did not like the threatening SMS that you sent to me meanwhile the claim is not finalised lets treat each other with care and dignity at all times we are all going through a lot. Sinethemba Zangqa all I ask is that you do your job properly if there is anything outstanding please let me know this claim is straight forward if I was wrong I wasn't even going to bother claiming from you honest and integrity are utmost important to so lets be transparent please.
