Outsurance *****ulantly charges my mother a pensioner with dementia for house insurance on a house that was sold and refuse to cancel the policy

Outsurance *****ulantly charges my mother a pensioner with dementia for house insurance on a house that was sold. I initiated the policy in my mothers name, all "recorded" according to outsurance but I cannot cancel the policy after the house is sold. What I want to know how long will they keep *****ulantly debiting her for something she doesn't even have. According to me this is theft, hey are *****ing from my mother on pension, just because she cannot speak for herself. If i'm not allowed to cancel the policy, why am I allowed to apply for it... What they are saying is we will take your money, it doesn't matter who it's for, as long as they get the benifit (installments) even though the house is not my mothers any more....
