OUTSURANCE *****

Good day All Please be advised of Outsurance Pathetic service as follows : On 08/02/2019 at 07:20AM I was involved in an accident whereby my car hit the back of a Toyota Avanza which is used by a Medical Company Called USAID which operates from Osidensweni to Durban as advised by the driver of the Avanza . My bmw was smashed in the left front and the Avanza had a small dent at the back and the vehicle was driven to the VERULAM SAPS with me in the passenger seat because the driver said he wants to make an affidavit and does not want the police on the scene , The cause of the accident was the Todd street road before the Engen Garage where there’s a huge bump on the road .A lawyer for outsurance called and said that the claim is R16 000 .00 and she sent an invoice from 2 different panel beaters saying they charging us for a Tail light + Tow bar + Complete Graphics on the van when only 2 small letters were damaged + alignment + and other stuff .The lawyer then asked if we will pay or go to court , and I advised her I will go to court and the lawyer debated and fought . 04/03/2019 The lawyer calls back to find out whether im going to pay or go to court , I advised her ‘’ lets go through the pictures and the invoice sent , she did so , I showed her there’s no tow bar on that van because it comes with a spare tyre underneath ( she agreed ) + I showed her there’s no damage on the tail light ( she agreed ) and she quoted ‘’ I work for outsurance as their lawyer I cannot say anything bad about them but you are right about everything ‘’ .IF THERE WAS R16000.00 DAMAGE WHY DID HE DRIVE ME TO THE VERULAM SAPS AND WHY DID HE DRIVE BACK TO DURBAN + WHY WASN’T IT TOWED AWAY ??? …. IM DEFINETLY TAKING IT TO COURT AND SAPS ALREADY SAID THAT OUTSURANCE WILL BE SUED .OUTSURANCE IS SO ********** TO GET PANEL BEATERS AND ASSESORS THAT CAN EVEN DIFFRENCIATE CAR PARTS (OR UNLESS THEY ASSESSED ANOTHER DAMAGED COMPANY VEHICHLE WHICH IS ***** .) .IF THE LAWYER THAT WORKS FOR OUTSURANCE SAYS THAT WHAT THEY DOING IS WRONG THAT SAYS A LOT .THIS WILL GO TO COURT AND WILL GO FURTHER .THE DRIVER OF THE AVANZA IS SO STUPID BECAUSE HE SAYS THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED IN OSIDINSWENI , I STAY IN VERUALM ( OAKLANDS ) AND DIRECTION OF ACCIDENT WAS TO VERULAM AND NOT OSIDINSWENI .THE CAUSE OF ACCIDENT WAS THE ROAD AND SAPS SAID THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE MUNICIPALITY NOT US ,SO THIS WILL BE CONTESTED IN COURT AS WE HAVE ENOUGH PROOF .
