<p>I CALLED OUTSURANCE ASKING FOR A QUOTE AND THEY WERE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE THAN MY CURRENT CAR INSURANCE AND i DIDN'T GET THE R400.00 THAT THEY ALWAYS ADVERTISE ABOUT THAT IF THEY CAN'T BEAT YOUR CURRENT INSURANCE YOU WILL GET A PAYOUT FOR R400.00 CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN HOW THIS WORKS?</p>
