Outsurance, finding ways not to pay

<p>In August of 2016 I was rear ended by an outsurance client on her phone. My car was badly damaged and my boot could no longer close. I had to have it fixed out of my own pocket as I could not drive around like that. I am I widow and single parent. Outsurance has not refunded me and has put me through endless paperwork said I was their client and guilty, they even wanted pics of my tyres! Their explanation, I have to go through the same process as their clients!!! I simply can not afford to wait any longer. The simple fact is that I was not the cause and yet I have to suffer </p>
