Outsurance fighting a claim for more than a year

<p>How delighted was I when Marina Martin from Outsurance phoned me this morning, confirming that they managed to get my excess back from an accident that happened in April 2015.</p> <p>After being involved in a rear-end collision with the other party being at fault, I gave up on this case as alot was said and told between the insurance companies and the outcome of all the 'stories' was not positive at all. They even sent someone to pick-up my case file in town as it was distributed from the police branch after 3 months but I honestly had no hope of a succesful resolution to this unfortunate event.</p>
