Outsurance

I recently submitted a claim, my claim handler Jaco Celliers made my journey easy, but at first I was annoyed by the long process he wanted to take as I didn't have the time and was frustrated he made the journey swift however my watch and eye wear were not compensated in full the lady whom I took the insurance with did not elaborate fully for me to know if they are covered or not. I am not happy about that but other than that thank you guys what can be done about my eye wear it is so expensive.
