Outsurance Fast Service?

I was involved in an accident end of January 2015.<br> <br> My vehicle was written off by Outsurance.<br> <br> The damage to my vehicle is R32000, Outsurance has offered to pay me R6000 to repair my vehicle.<br> <br> Because I can not repair my vehicle for R6000, I have decided to accept their incredible R17,000 book value offer for my car that Retails @ R30,000<br> <br> It has taken them more than 2 weeks to confirm or deny my application. My vehicle is standing at a panel beater in uncertain conditions, I am not sure of the action to take as I am totally in the dark.<br> <br> I have contacted the assessor Dawid Smith and has promised me feedback on Friday, but has not even bothered to send an email.<br> <br> I am in the process of financing my new vehicle and I am appalled by the lack of service when it comes to customers claiming.<br> <br> Just a side note my yearly premium is almost as much as the amount being offered to Repair my car.<br> <br> The only thing I take away from Outsurance is a bad taste and empty pockets.
