OUTSURANCE FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!! - Johanna Ralekwa

We were affected by flash flooding and came home to a wet home. I logged the claim the same evening and at 7am the next day i had Johanna call me and assist. The next day we had assessors at the house for the furniture and one for electrical. The following day we had confirmation of the damage and the way forward to replace goods and get paid out for other goods. I must say that the claim was settled within a week and i had feedback at every step of the way from Johanna. The suppliers were also friendly and efficient and delivered my goods in a day after confirming. Johanna really made this a pleasant experience and this is how us as customers need to be treated and assisted in times of crisis. Alot of other insurers can learn from this as my structural insurance is with another insurer and i am yet to receive feedback or a resolution yet my contents claim was resolved in under a week.
