OUTSURANCE - FALSE PROMISES
My driver was involved in a motorcycle accident 12 August 2024. Case number from SAPS obtained. Numerous phone calls later , we were promised that the motorcycle will be settled with Wesbank . The motorcycle was taken from the dealer by Outsurance and no indication when this claim will be settled. Outsurance Business not to be recommended and the broker incapable to resolve this issue.
