Outsurance false promises
<p>Outsurance promises that if they can't beat your premium, you will get R400 and if you have been claim free for over 3 years on top of that, they will pay you R800. I called Outsurance for a quote on my vehicle and their quote is almost double what I currently pay. I asked if they could improve their premium on that basis and they advised that their quote was the best they were able to do. I then asked how I get the R800 that they promise to pay as I have been claim free for 3 years and they simply didn't respond! Follow ups didn't elicit any response either. Complete misrepresentation.....</p>
