Outsurance False Advertising
I have recently completed an advanced performance driving course but OUTsurance refuses to give me a discount on my premium. Their website says you get a discount, so this is false advertising. They state the website is outdated. "did you know that you’ll pay a lower car insurance premium if you’ve completed advanced driving courses" I am thinking of moving all my cars and house to a different insurance.

Further to our private response, we can confirm that our client care manager Shu'abe contacted you to address your concerns.
We no longer offer the advanced driving discount, however this has been replaced with our smart drive discount.
We are glad that we were able to assist with a premium discount and review.
