Outsurance false advertising.

I received a quote from outsurance and it couldn’t better my current insurance so I theoretically qualify for money back as per their R500 promo. Once I received my email and OTP I went to complete my information and upload my documents only to be informed my documents had already been received. Which is impossible. I have tried numerous times to contact them to rectify this, to no avail. This is false advertising as there is no way to receive the R500/R1500 as you are unable to upload the required documents. This is not the first time this has happened. They advertise you can receive the money but will do anything not to pay. I will not be accepting phone calls from them going forward. They are extremely expensive and have false advertising. 30mins of my life wasted. The consultant was also very condescending, insinuating that because I pay less for my current insurance I’m willing to settle for ****py service.
