Outsurance false advertising and premiums hire for us people

@OUTsurance Its been 3 months now since ive been waiting on my R400, Haseena Naaido said she was going on a holiday and would be back in 2 weeks, i waited and still no word from her. Can someone give me my R400 or a cheaper premium or stop false advertising.
