Outsurance false advertising and claims
These guys are running a false advertising claim, they say if they can't beat your current insurance premium they will pay you. They called me and straight of the bat I told the guy I am already paying the lowest premium and that he would not be able to beat it, he insisted providing me a quote. After about 40 min and a lot of repetitive and unnecessary questions he could not beat my current premium. He said that someone will call me back for my banking details and this must have been probably 4 month or so ago and still waiting until today. Running a lot of ads with how people apparently save with Outsurance, well I would not recommend wasting your time with them. The Outbonus is also just a way to make you not claim so in the long run it is only they who benefit. I hope your company fails s I have no time for dishonesty, if you make a claim and on national TV then someone should hold you to it but does not seem like in this country it works that way. I will never use your services and just warning others to tread lightly...

21 Feb 2024, 20:27The salesman called me regatding my review and said that the reason why they did not pay is because a mail or something did not go through because there is some sort of risk associated with my profile. I asked what kind of risk and from whom which they said is not visible to them. Then he proceeded to start asking me questions again similar to what I was asked previously when getting the quote. They wanted to know if I haver been denied insurance of anykind, i refused to answer anymore questions as I did not see the point as this was dealt with previously otherwise how would they have been able to quote me. Then some manager just appeared on the line and explained basically they need to ask these questions as the system requires it which I was not interested in answering as this seems like they were just fishing for a possible loophole. I told them I do not care about the measly R500 as I can maybe buy bread and millk for a week. So they can keep their R500 precious falsely advertised rands. What I want is for this review to change 10 peoples minds about going with them or cancelling so that at an average of R750 a month they are losing R7.5k a month compared to a once of R500. Big corps always get away with ******.....so you can write me a formal apology if you really care and would have to do way better than the original R500 if you would like me to change my opnion about you plus by way of word of mouth I will advise anyone I know not to get involved with you lot. Also stop using celebrities to advertise for you as I am sure they themselves are not even insured with you it doess not change my mind who you use in your ads you are just wasting your money, and they are really tasteless and severely dumbed down.
