Outsurance false advertising

I contacted Outsurance for a quote on building insurance for my house. They quoted me almost R200 more than my current insurer. When I inquired about the R500 that they promise to give you if they can't save you money the lady informed me that it only applies for vehicle finance. This is not what their adverti*****ts says.

Our promotion manager contacted you after having received your complaint. She confirmed the promotion specifically refers to vehicle cover and all our advertising states this clearly. You informed her of a billboard in a specific area which stated differently.
You were kind enough to agree to send us a picture or description of the particular billboard. We will then contact you with further feedback.
