Outsurance false advertising

Outsurance advertising made me believe I can get a quote online. The website stated with a few simple questions I can get a quote. I started the online process entering all the relevant information, my thinking at this stage was that my quote will be emailed, an agent phoned me directly after finishing the process and I had to repeat all the information I just enter online with additional information. On the phone lengthy policy wording and detailed information was explained to me. I express my unhappiness and I understand the agent "is just doing her job" BUT Outsurance advertise quick and easy online quoting which is a lie.
