Outsurance False Advertising

About 3 months back I heard on radio that Outsurance would beat your current premium and if not they will pay you R400. That turned out to be false advertising because after I had contacted them and they couldn't beat my current premium they did not keep their promise of paying me my R400 till to date. Outsurance is a big and should be a respectable company for keeping their word but that seems not to be happening and if they couldn't keep this simple promise to the nation then what else happens there? Outsurance please proof me wrong and the perception I have about you and pay me what is due to me.
