Outsurance False Advertising

<p>I was given as a contact by one of my friends who have an Outsurance Car Cover. I received the call and was asked if they could speak to me about insurance. I am already currently with a firm therefore I was quite curious to see if they could offer me anyhting better. </p> <p>All went well and they were very friendly and so on. They could not beat my premiums that I currently have had for the past 3 years. They did not try and beat my current premium. That was the end of the call and not a mention with regards to my pay out of R800.00 for claim free for more than 3 years and not being able to beat my premium.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mentioned this to one of my friends as I was rather amused, and was told to make this known as its not right as its false advertising.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is sad as I feel if you put an advert out there like that Its up to you to give that service all the time. The customer should not have to ask for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not deal with Outsurance for this very reason. Sad</p> <p> </p>
