You are sharks, making the promise of if we do not beat your current insurance premium we will give you R 400 back.After a 30 minute plus call this was the case, and when asked about the R 400 was told to call back with a quote number, which I did then this nice story to receive sms and email to follow links etc. The sms was received but no email if it will ever be received as the detail that was given back to me over the phone was totally wrong, and best it was a so called " senior consultant" we made all the errors, still waiting for the email to get my R 400 as promised. False advertising from a "so called quality company" That is the reason for cancelling my policy years ago all the promise and no deliver!!!!!
