OUtsurance failure to deliver on its undertaking to senior vulnerable client.

OUTsurance undertook to replace a written off vehicle for my Aunt, it has now been at least 3 months and they appear to be blaming all other players (MFC) and when all others have fully executed their roles on the deal. OUTsurance refuses to execute their duty of settling the claim. One wonders why do they always give people the impression that they are the best insurance provider in the country at the moment. It is important to note that the the senior in question is a senior vulnerable citizen and they have been with the insurer for more than 10 years, now they have lost all the trust in this service provider. your Urgent intervention will be highly required and appreciated.

We could not substitute the vehicle, as the particular model was discontinued. The settlement value was also discussed and that payment was processed. We are also arranging for premium refunds from the date of the incident claimed for.
