Outsurance failure to cancel policy

I have made several attempts to cancel the policy on a vehicle that was sold. Outsurance was going to call me "right back" which obviously never happened. I then contacted them through the App and was notified that 'someone' will call me back. I followed this up with an email only to be informed that they do not respond to emails, only phone calls. I do not reside in SA and so my phone number is local. International calls not permitted. I will lay charges of theft if this policy is not immediately stopped and funds are debited from my account again. Will also report to ombudsman
