Outsurance fails to Comply.

Your roof collapsed before Christmas 2024 and the pay out was done for the estimated repairs due to all companies being closed that's understandable but here is the catch my valuables was in this tragic event now according to them they have collect the items and took to Panasonic to be inspected and brought it back they left my TV due for them not having space to transport the TV nevertheless they left out the TV and never come and fetch it, my work laptop is crushed but according to them I broke the laptop and that there is old dust collected due to wear and tear . - now they don't want to replace the goods and come up with a lot of stories that I broke the laptop ect - due to the inspectors. It's the 8th of December 2025 I had no feedback since and they didn't bring or communicate regarding my replacements - my laptop had private information on it due for me being a real estate agent and now they can't repair of replace my laptop. I am so upset regarding this - I didn't tell the roof to collapse. I don't think they even deserve a star rating.
