Outsurance failed to help

I was hit by a car in March 28th ,contacted outsurance, the policed helped me get 4000 from the Nigerians that hit my car as thy started to bring the whole gang when we were at the police station for case number, it was either they give the access money cash or leave their documents, after all the fight they gave the 4000. EXCESS was R4890, we paid R890 and OUTRANCE SAID LEGAL DEPARTMENT will make sure we get the R890. Till today when ever I follow up no response I am promised to call but nothing!

Such a big company making promises on TV and all over advertising as if thy are good!
