Outsurance failed me

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Outsurance Company regarding my recent content insurance claim. Unfortunately, my claim was denied, citing ***** and dishonesty as the reason.

Throughout the claims process, I was subjected to intense questioning and interrogation, which I found to be unjustified and unprofessional. It was as if I was being accused of committing a crime, rather than being a policyholder who had suffered a legitimate loss.

I want to emphasise that the incident I claimed for was genuine, and I had provided all the necessary documentation and evidence to support my claim. Despite this, my claim was still denied, and I was left feeling disbelieving and disillusioned with the company.

As a policyholder, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, especially during a difficult time. Instead, I felt like I was being treated like a suspect, rather than a customer.

In light of my experience, I would not recommend outsurance Company to anyone. The company's claims process is flawed, and their treatment of policyholders is unacceptable.
