Outsurance Fail To Pay or Assit with Claim
I have been withboutsursnce for quite some time and am very disappointed in the service. Absolutely shocking that I've been trying to sort out a claim since May and to date no assistance, no call backs nothing is happening to assist me with this, I have constant phone calls from the people who the accident was with and they too are fed up with the unhelpfulness of Outsurance.No one knows what's going on get put threw to 4 to 5 different people and back again. Absolutely shocking service. Disappointed...

Our legal liability claims advisor contacted the 3rd party in this matter and discussed which documents we require in order for us to finalise the claim.
We resent this to an alternative email address we now obtained and assure you we will finalise the claim as soon as possible.
