OUTsurance fail
After being clients for 18 years I have come to realise what a rip-off OUTsurance has become. They quoted R3000 per month on a new hybrid Rav4 in Limpopo. Managed to negotiate them down to R2500 pm.
Phoned for a comparitive quote with Santam: R1250 pm.
Total insurance on 2 cars, household and building came down with more than 40% per month.
It seems they creep your premiums up the longer you're a client, and abuse the trust relationship that you expect after 18 years of business.
Cherry on top: they refused to cancel with bullsh*t stories, trying to market to me again. The arrogance is astonishing.
