My experience with Outsurance was certainly something to writed about. They definitely put their money where their mouth is. Initially I was not happy with certain elements of my claim, but the consultant's response was, I am here to help you with this, so let's see what is the best solution for you. I believe that Outsurance's foundation is built on EXEMPLARY SERVICE and how they handled my claim is a shining example of their motto of exemplary service. I also think that they are the only business in SA that understand SERVICE.
