Worst Customer Service i ever received from a insurance company Nobody gets back to you Asked them for a Phone recording of my contract 3 Weeks ago Get transferred to different people They Still trying to get feedback or approval to send me the call They want to charge me R15000 Excess-I was never told Call will confirm this They cant be trusted.Should have stayed with my old Insurance company Terrible

Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Our claims manager, Maxcean, advised you that we waived your excess for the current claim. Maxcean also advised you of all applicable excesses for future claims. Please also refer to your policy schedule for all applicable excesses.
